Hello, We enjoy contributing to area vendors and publications to create amazing inspirational styled shoots and settings for couples to enjoy. Our rental items are available for your photo shoots and events when not currently out for client rentals. In return for the complimentary use of our rental items were require the following agreement be reviewed, completed and fulfilled. Please submit your requests as early as possible prior to your event so that we may prepare the items for you. We look forward to working with you! Ideal Wedding and Events Upon request and receipt of rental items I the undersigned do hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for the appropriate return of all rental items the day of or following the photo shoot or event. All items will be returned in the same condition that they were acquired in. In the event of damage to the rental items the undersigned is responsible to pay the replacement costs with in two weeks. At the completion of the photo shoot or following the publication of media created at the shoot all media (photographic or video) will be furnished to Ideal Wedding and Events according to the media guidelines listed below and all print and web media will be listed according to the listing guidelines below. During the use of items for styled events (such as bridal shows and on-site displays) the equal cost of rental shall be offered as a trade for space/entry, ads or sponsorship. Following the event all media created will be furnished to Ideal Wedding and Events according to the media guidelines listed below and all print and web media will be listed according to the listing guidelines below. Media Guidelines: Marked files may be submitted for web use and unmarked files will be submitted for Ideal Wedding and Events promotional pieces upon request. Listing Guidelines: Ideal Wedding and Events will be listed in all on-line and print publications of the media created. The listing will include the entire Ideal Wedding and Events business name as well as a link back to www.idealweddingandevents.com. Discounts apply to Ideal Wedding & Events store inventory only. Any additional inventory needed will be priced accordingly.
