Our Job Description by South Dakota Law:

Our bartenders are obligated by law to insure that we do not serve alcohol to any underage individuals. We reserve the right to card any person that requests service at any event. Our bartenders are also required by law to refuse the service of alcohol to any person who appears to be overly intoxicated.

Special Note: It has been our experience that some guests may be offended by our bartender’s instruction to not accept tips. It is our practice to inform the guest that we are not taking tips. In an instance where the guest insists on giving a tip our bar tenders will accept it as to not disappoint your guest.
